An intricate vegetable slaw of: Green Papaya, Cabbage, Carrots, Pickled Red Onion, Cucumber, tossed with Crispy Rice Noodles & Lotus Root, Sesame, Toasted Peanuts, Thai Basil, Coriander, with Salted Plum Vinaigrette topped with Yellowfin Tuna Tataki (rare) 

This is our take on Chef Susur Lee's signature dish

A beautiful mix of flavours, textures and colours - a filling a hearty Slaw with a funky dressing!

Serves 1-2 people.
