TASTING NOTES

This Cortese-based dry white is crisp and refreshing with aromas of white flowers, green apples and wet stone. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with clean lime and almond finish.

Perfect as aperitif, as well as with shellfish or grilled fish. Serve at 9 °C.

ABOUT THE WINERY

Since the late 1800’s the Deltetto family has been growing grapes in Piedmont and have a strong local connection to the Roero region and the comune of Canale. Since 1953 they have been producing wine in the region and are one of the few ‘historic producers’ who are permitted to make Barolo outside of the geographic DOCG boundries.
