ABOUT THE WINERY

Cantina Orsogna was founded in 1964 by a small group of producers, currently it has become a cooperative of almost 500 members, devoted to the cultivation of vines and olive trees. The 1100 ha of vineyards are located at an altitude of 432 m. a.s.l. between the lopes of the Majella National Park and at 15 Km from the Adriatic Sea, enjoying a peculiar position and a particularly favorable climate for organic and biodynamic farming. Today, with 80% of certified organic vineyards and 35% of biodynamic certified ones it is possible to walk through the vineyards of Cantina Orsogna partners and live totally immersed in an eco-friendly agricultural organism.
