TASTING NOTES
Each Pépin cuvée is made from organically grown vines, harvested by hand, with no additions, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphites.
The grapes come from different regions of France and the assemblages change each time.
This particular blend happens to be Grenache, Syrah, Pinot Blanc and Carignan - which come together as a fresh, frruity wine, with loads of red fruit and gentle spice notes.
