TASTING NOTES

This is a fresh white-flower aromatics and plummy-palate rosé that turns into a kind of savoury-vegetable (think ripe tomatoes) at the back of the palate in the most refreshing manner.

ABOUT THE WINE

Grapes are 100% hand harvested from 15 year old vines, then direct pressed. Juice is fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts, aged 6 to 9 months in concrete tanks then bottled without fining or filtering with a small addition of SO2
