Nai E Señora is a tribute to Galician women, as imaged by the floral silhouette gracing the front label. Nai translates to mother, in Galician. From Val do Salinés' clay and pink granite, this Albariño spent 30 days macerating in stainless before ferment and a brief stint on lees.
Round, fat, and very fruity with a nice acidity. Fragrant peach blossoms open to a bright, creamy, plump palate of white peach, apricot, yellow apple, and stony spice. The granitic grip keeps this fresh, and this friendly, open wine is ready for drinking now.
