Blanville Cabernet Sauvignon, Languedoc, France, 2020 (750ml)
This is an easy Southern French red. The nose combines cassis and blackberry aromas with a menthol note. The structured tannins are mouth-puckering yet balanced by acidity. Black fruits on the palate lead to a baking spice and vanilla finish. Youthful and ready to drink.
Pair with roast chicken or duck.
