Hours & Reservations

RESTAURANT HOURS:

LUNCH • Thursday & Friday: 11:30 AM - 2 PM

BRUNCH • Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM - 2 PM

DINNER • Tuesday-Sunday: 5 PM - CLOSE

We currently allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for brunch & lunch seatings and 2 hours and 30 minutes for dinner seatings. We politely ask that you adhere to these time frames to respect those coming in to dine at later times. If you are looking to enjoy your table for longer, we suggest making a reservation after 12:30 PM or 7:30 PM, respectively. We also offer both dining room seating as well as cocktail and bar seating. Please ensure that you have selected your preferred seating when making your reservation, and note that requests for specific tables cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

BOTTLE SHOP HOURS:

Our Bottle Shop is officially closed and will no longer be operating as a store.

You may still collect your take-away orders from the Bottle Shop during the set pick up hours unless directed to the dining room.

Fraser has been lucky to be a part of the New Edinburgh scene since May 2008. We strive to consistently offer balanced dishes featuring seasonal and local ingredients while providing our guests with a personalized dining experience. Ever evolving, we opened our Takeaway & Bottle Shop, where we have prepared foods, takeaway meals, and a wide selection of wine. Whether joining us in our dining room or grabbing a little something to go, we’ve got you!
